Title:
サニタリー用ブリーザーバルブ
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP4392101
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extremely avoid a mixing of impurities, etc., and to rapidly and easily carry out a work such as cleaning, sterilization and disinifection by a decomposition with a constitution that a time until a pressure reduction and a pressure after pressure reduction are maintained to a constant is early and a reaction is early and accurate or a mechanical motion portion comprising a slide and support mechanism of a valve spring and a valve body is eliminated and a residual liquid is less apt to stay by a stepped portion, a recessed portion and a convex/concave in a breather valve for sanitation used at a pharmacy and food manufacture step. SOLUTION: A valve port upwardly opened from an inlet and a valve element removably/insertably provided on this valve port from an upward direction by the own weight to close the valve port and having a check valve function such that it overcomes the own weight to open the valve when it exceeds a set pressure are provided in a valve chamber of a valve element provided with the inlet and outlet. The valve body provided on the valve port by the own weight is constituted of a flange portion projected in an umbrella shape and a cylindrical body projectedly provided on a lower surface. A problem is solved by forming a longitudinal groove on a peripheral side surface of the cylindrical body at circumference equal interval such that it arrives at a seat surface of the flange portion from a lower end.
