Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent interlayer breakage even if a tensile load is applied to a female screw member.
CONSTITUTION: Laminating direction of C/C(carbon composite)material in C/C rod 5 is perpendicular to the axis of a thread hole. A thread is formed on the outer periphery of the C/C rod 5. Fibers of the C/C ring 4 are arranged so as to cross each other at the outside of the outer periphery of the C/C rod 5. A thread is formed on the internal periphery of the C/C ring 4. The C/C ring 4 is screwed on the C/C rod 5. The C/C ring 4 reinforces the C/C rod 5, against the expanding force toward the outside when a tensile load is applied to the C/C rod 5, so as to prevent interlayer breakage.
