The use of the electronic coupon increases an incentive of carrying it to the brick-and-mortar store, and increases such possibility that affiliate is established. Furthermore, the downloading of the electronic coupon to a communication apparatus such as a mobile telephone which is always carried by the user increases such possibility that affiliate is established. Also, the affiliate program can be used even for ordinary individuals.
