Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bridge support requiring no jack device for temporarily supporting a bridge when installing the bridge on supports and having a damper function efficiently absorbing vibrations from the vertical direction when functioning as the support.
SOLUTION: A jack body A2 is supported on a base plate A1 horizontally slidably in one direction, and an elastic means 17 elastically exciting a ram 4 upward is stored in a push side oil chamber 6 in the cylinder 2 of the jack body. Two communication passages 21 and 22 communicating the push side oil chamber and a return side oil chamber are formed on the cylinder, a push side sequence valve 23 leaving a pressure adjusting means capable of setting the push side maximum pressure is arranged on one communication passage 21, and a return side sequence valve 24 having a pressure adjusting means capable of setting the return side maximum pressure is arranged on the other communication passage 22, respectively.
