Abstract:
The present invention provides a method for preparing intermediate compounds for producing guanidine crosslinked artificial nucleic acid (abbreviated hereinafter as GuNA), and an intermediate compound for the production thereof. Specifically, the present invention provides a method for producing a compound represented by general formula VIII: (in the formula, R3, R4, R5, R6, R12, R13, m and B are as defined in the specification) or a salt thereof, the method comprising a step of substituting a cycle A in a compound represented by a general formula IX. (in the formula, R3, R4, R5, R6, R14, R15, m, and ring A are as defined in the specification).
