Abstract:
To provide a bright annealing furnace in which atmospheric gas surely penetrates into the inner surface of a material and decarburization can effectively be prevented and also, the uniform quality product can be obtd., by forming the suitable flow of the atmospheric gas under the stmosphere filled with the sufficient atmospheric gas in an equipment side.
The bright annealing furnace 1 is a tunnel type bright annealing furnace used at the time of executing the surface treatment of a steel material, and partitioning members 3 for parting the carrying direction of the steel materials into plural zones as close as possible, are arranged, and a device 4 for pouring reducing atmospheric gas or inert gas is arranged in each of plural zones.
