PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brilliantly colored resin composition capable of forming various brilliant color developing coating films without particularly changing kinds and sizes of metal by an easy method such as coating and drying steps, that is, by a method applicable to industrial production.SOLUTION: The brilliantly colored resin composition contains metal nanoparticles (A), a reflection material (B), a cellulose-based resin (C) and a solvent (D).
