A slurry brine tank 1 is arranged to store a liquid, which is cooled by a refrigerating machine 2 to be partially solidified, a transport pump 11 to supply in circulation the liguid stored in the slurry brine tank 1 to a heat exchanger 10 of a show case, a brine supply pipe 9 to supply the liquid at a top part in the slurry brine tank 1 to the heat exchanger 10, a pump 6 for making ice for supplying in circulation the liquid stored in the slurry brine tank 1 to the refrigerating machine 2 and a brine cooling pipe 5 for supplying the liquid at a lower part of the slurry brine tank 1 to the refrigerating machine 2 and to return it to the top part of the slurry brine tank 1, after being cooled.
