Abstract:
To provide a polishing brush for polishing a surface of a workpiece including a nonplanar shape, and a bristle material for a polishing brush constituting the polishing brush.SOLUTION: A bristle material for a polishing brush constituting a polishing brush includes a first portion composed of a first organic material and a second portion which is bonded to the first portion and is composed of a second organic material different from the first organic material, in which at least the first organic material is a porous organic material selected from a form, a felt and a non-woven fabric. The first portion is positioned at the end in a longitudinal direction of the bristle material for the polishing brush having a predetermined length, and the second portion extends to a fixed end of the bristle material for the polishing brush from the first portion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
