Abstract:
To provide a bristle material for a polishing brush, which is excellent in hygrothermal resistance and polishing characteristics and exerts sustainable polishing performance, and to provide a polishing brush.
The bristle material for a polishing brush is formed of a monofilament produced by melt-spinning a resin composition that contains 5-50 pts.wt. of polishing abrasive particles based on 100 pts.wt. of a resin or resin composition containing, as the principal component, a polycyclohexanedimethylene terephthalate-based resin.
