Abstract:
To provide a bristle tip cutting body and a bristle tip cutting device which can finish a steel plate surface beautifully and can be used with good manufacturing efficiency at a low cost.SOLUTION: A bristle tip cutting body 5 of a bristle tip cutting device 1 which is used for cutting bristle tips 50A of brush bristles 50 of brush roll 3 for polishing a steel plate to perform trimming includes a plurality of sheets of rotary blades 42 having a plurality of grinding teeth 47 in a circumferential direction on an outer circumference part of a disk-like blade main body and a rotary shaft 19 to which the plurality of sheets of rotary blades 42 are attached separately with a gap in a shaft center C1 direction. Therein, the tips of the grinding teeth 47 of the plurality of sheets of rotary blades 42 are formed so as to advance forward in a blade rotation direction. Further, the tips of the grinding teeth 47, 47 which are adjacent to each other in the blade rotation direction are formed so as to be pointed alternately right and left with respect to blade rotation direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
