Abstract:
To provide a broach for turbine disk groove processing which dissolves concentration of stress to a connection part for connecting a plurality of cutting edge bodies.SOLUTION: In a broach 10 for turbine disk groove processing a plurality of cutting edge bodies 11 and 12 having cutting edges 11A, 11B, 12A and 12B on both the left and right sides and a connection part 21 formed continuous to the cutting edge bodies 11 and 12, flat surfaces are continuously formed on the connection part 21 and at the top of the cutting edge body 12 adjacent to the connection part 21. Simultaneously, the cutting edges 12A and 12B and the flat surfaces are mutually discontinuous.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
