Abstract:
To perform broaching at low cost and high precision requiring less space.
A turret device provided with a boaring spindle head and a broach cutter holding head 12 as gang heads, and a turret device having a work support device holding head 13 through a work W are disposed to face each other, boring and broaching to the work W are performed at the same position, a work support device 5 is applied to the work W at the time of broaching for preventing deformation or vibration of the work W, and a broach cutter 3 is cleaned by a broach cutter forward end, thereby hole formation and hole position precision are improved.
