The viewer terminal equipment transmits viewer information to the broadcast program providing equipment in the course of broadcasting a broadcast program. A scene selecting means of the broadcast program providing equipment selects a scene of a following broadcast program, on the basis of received viewer information (audience rating, viewer opinion information, etc.), from a program database in which a plurality of scenes which can be selected are stored. The broadcast program providing equipment sends a selected scene to the viewer terminal equipment.
