Abstract:
To provide a technique for more appropriately transmitting or receiving advanced digital broadcasting services.SOLUTION: The broadcast receiver includes: a tuner for receiving a transmission wave in which information about an injection level is stored; and a control unit. The control unit uses information on the injection level included in the transmission wave received by the tuner to identify that a rescan process, which is a process of setting broadcast reception by the tuner, is necessary.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2A
