PURPOSE: To allow a receiving person to listen to the content even in any case in the presence of an emergency broadcast by detecting a control signal including a broadcast start signal and a broadcast stop signal and using the control signal to store part of a broadcast signal into a storage circuit and reading the storage content of the storage circuit as required.

CONSTITUTION: A radio wave entering a reception terminal 100 is converted into a voice frequency signal by a broadcast detection circuit 10. The signal is led to a control signal receiving circuit 20 and a broadcast storage circuit 30. If the control signal is included in the broadcast, a storage command is given from a control signal reception circuit 20 to the broadcast storage circuit 30. When a reproducing switch is depressed, the stored content is read and outputted by a loudspeaker 50. The function stated above is attained by controlling the signal by a voice section of the television broadcast and recording a picture by VTR without a limit to a radio receiver. Moreover, it is effective to provide a display lamp in order to recognize simply whether or not the broadcast is recorded. Furthermore, the human voice itself can be used as the control signal and a voice recognizer might be used as the control signal reception circuit.
