The broadcasting receiver (100) of digital broadcasting, coping with multi-organization broadcasting for including the multi-organization program configured, including the plurality of programs in a single-stream signal and broadcasting it comprises: a receiving part (110) for receiving the stream signals of the plurality of programs contained in the multi-organization broadcasting; a storage part (172) for storing the stream signals; an extraction part (162) for extracting the stream signal of the program to be recorded among the plurality of programs from the stream signals; a determination part (160) for determining the reception quality of the stream signals; and a recording control part (192) for switching, whether to set the stream signals to be stored in the storage part (172) to all the stream signals received by the reception part (110), or to set to only the extracted stream signals according to the reception quality.
