Abstract:
To provide a brush bristle which does not damage the safety of a produced food and eliminates the need for collection or incineration of the food following the falling off of the brush bristle even if the brush bristle falls off from the brush into the food in a food production process, and a brush composed of the brush bristle.
The brush bristle to be used in the food production process is constituted to be formed from at least one material out of a gastro-soluble polymer, an enteric polymer, and an animal bone and a plant which are digested and melted in the stomach or intestine of the human body.
