Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brush bristle material capable of suppressing or preventing generation of static electricity during processing of a workpiece.SOLUTION: In a brush bristle material 1, periphery of a core material part 4 comprising a linear metal brush bristle material 2 and a static electricity prevention brush bristle material 3 as a linear brush bristle material suppressing or preventing generation of static electricity is covered with an abrasive grain containing resin material 5 formed by adding the abrasive grain to resin. By virtue of the static electricity prevention brush bristle material 3, generation of static electricity may be effectively suppressed or prevented during processing of a workpiece.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
