Abstract:

To provide a brush for a car washing machine capable of preventing the sewn threads from getting frayed due to the friction caused during car washing and being manufactured without requiring complicated working.

This brush for the car washing machine is constituted in such a way that a rectangular cloth-made brush single body 1 is sewn 4 in the direction of width W and in parallel with end fringes 1a while both of end parts 1A in the direction of length L of the brush single body are overlapped and a part being a tip side 1C in the direction of width is sewn 4A by tilting it in the direction for letting it leave a sewing line and the end fringes gradually by using a part of the sewing line as a start point 4a to integrate both of end parts. A plurality of sections in the direction of length of a part being a terminal side 1B of the brush single body are fixed on bodies to be fitted 20, respectively, fitting parts 11 in the direction of shaft axis are formed in a plurality of sections in the peripheral direction on an outer face of a shaft body 10 to fit the bodies to be fitted into the fitting parts to slide freely in the direction of shaft axis, and the brush single body is externally fitted into the shaft body and is arranged in a stacked condition in the direction of shaft axis. A fixing device 30, for preventing at least the body to be fitted positioned at one end in the direction of shaft axis of the shaft body from moving outward, is detachably provided to the shaft body.
