Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brush for a car washing machine capable of easily and quickly performing an attaching operation over the entire steps of a brush single body and orderly performing attachment while arranging the brush single body in a peripheral direction and a step direction without lowering the strength of an axis body.
SOLUTION: This brush single body 1 is formed by circularly cutting cloth in a prescribed dimension and cutting the center through part 2 of the prescribed dimension at a center part. The brush single body 1 is fixed between plural bodies 20 to be fitted by abutting the bodies 20 to be fitted to plural parts in the peripheral direction at the peripheral part 1A of the center through part 2. Assembly is performed by fixing a fixing device 30 to one end of the shaft body 10, fitting the group of the bodies 20 to be fitted fixed to the brush single body 1 from the other end to a fitting part 11, sliding them in an axial direction, externally fitting the brush single body 1 to the axis body 10, abutting it on the fixing device 30, successively laminating and arranging the brush single body 1 in the axial direction by repeating external fitting and sliding and fixing the fixing device 30 to the other end of the axis body 10.
