Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique of enhancing the workability when assembling a brush card assembly or when assembling a brush card assembly and a rotor, while reducing the possibility of cracking a brush.SOLUTION: A first groove recessed radially inward and elongating in the circumferential direction is provided at the other end of a brush, and an exposed part not covered with a brush holder is provided at least in the vicinity of the other end of a brush. The exposed part has a second groove elongating radially while being recessed in the circumferential direction. Radial outer end of the second groove is connected with the first groove, and the other end of a press member has a contact part bending toward the center of a hole, and a portion of the contact part is in contact with the first groove, in a brush card assembly.
