Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent remaining of a surface not cleaned even if obstacle exists around the surface to be cleaned by making acute angle a part near each of the ends of the longer edge at the free end of a pile layer, assuming the second virtual straight line inclining at a certain angle to the first virtual straight line stretching at a right angle relatively to the longer edge, and making the acute angle region pinched by the straight lines as a free space.
CONSTITUTION: A longer edge 16 as the bottom of a trapezoid stretches over the whole length of a pile layer 15, and acute angle parts 17a, 17b are provided near the ends 16a, 16b. Acute angles θ3, θ4 are formed between the first virtual straight line L0 passing the tow ends 16a, 16b and stretching at a right angle relatively to the longer edge 16 and the second virtual straight line L1 inclining inward by 8-20deg from the first line L0, and in this acute angle region, free spaces 25a, 25b are provided which are free from the pile layer 15 and also any brush part 3, pedestal 1, and grip 2. As a result, it is possible to make easy inserting motions of the acute parts 17a, 17b to every corner of a window pane, etc.
