In the first brush 41, the front end portion 41b of the slidable contact surface 41a in slidable contact with the commutator is protruded toward the commutator relative to the rear end portion 41c. In the second brush 42, the rear end portion 42c of the slidable contact surface 42a is in slidable contact with the commutator is protruded toward the commutator relative to the front end portion 42b.
