Abstract:
To provide a cylindrical toothbrush which dispenses with spacers, with the number of component parts reduced, which has sufficient strength in a brush element by using thermal melt-sticking, and which can greatly reduce manufacturing time and the number of processes.SOLUTION: The thickness of a brush element 1 is 1-2.3 mm, with a manufacturing method applied in which a molding part 1A for brush spacers with a thickness of about 1 mm is integrally molded by thermal melt-sticking. The 4-8 completed brush elements are inserted into a rod-like brush insertion part of a handle 2, with the tip part fastened, and with completion attained through a finishing cut process.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
