For a brush holder 13, a brush storage part 13a and a lead wire storage chamber 13b adjacent thereto are formed, a brush 13 is so constituted as to slide in contact with slip rings 30a and 30b by means of pressing force of a brush spring 7. A cover 18 covering the terminal 15 connecting the wire 17a is provided with a protrusion, and the protrusion is engaged with a engaging part provided at each terminal 15 to prevent fall out on use when the cover 18 covers the terminal 15.
