Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brush holder having a structure capable of suppressing protrusion of a seal member formed by integral molding from a desired portion.SOLUTION: A stepped portion 44 is provided on the radially inner surface 41b of an extending portion 41 of a brush holder 14 and molds X1 and X2 are butted against end surfaces 45b and 46b of first and second step portions 45, 46 so that a seal member 35 is integrally molded. In other words, an elastomer resin for forming the seal member 35 comes into contact with the stepped portion 44 (the first and second stepped portions 45, 46) and is regulated, so that it hardly leaks out of the molds X1, X2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
