Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brush motor which can reduce the size and improve electric conduction efficiency.SOLUTION: A brush motor comprises: four magnetic poles M1 to M4 arranged at equal distances in a cylindrical shape; and an amateur 2 that is arranged in an inner diameter side of the four magnetic poles M1 to M4 and can rotate as a center of a rotation axis R. The amateur 2 includes the rotation axis R; an amateur core 3 that is fixed to the rotation axis R and includes a plurality of tooth C1 to C7 each arranged at the equal distances in a circumferential direction; a plurality of coils that is concentratedly wounded to each of the plurality of tooth C1 to C7; and a commutator COM that includes a plurality of segments S1 to S7 arranged at the equal distances in the circumferential direction, and further comprises a pair of brushes B1 and B2 contacted with the commutator COM. Each of the plurality of coils is serially connected each other through the plurality of segments S1 to S7. The number of plurality of tooth C1 to C7 is equal to the number of plurality of segments S1 to S7, and the number is seven.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
