Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brush motor capable of enhancing the motor characteristics.SOLUTION: A brush motor includes four magnetic poles M1-M4 arranged circumferentially at equal intervals, and an armature 2 arranged on the inner diameter side of the four magnetic poles M1-M4, and rotatable about a rotating shaft AX. The armature 2 includes the rotating shaft AX, an armature core fixed to the rotating shaft AX, and including multiple teeth C1-C10 arranged in the circumferential direction at equal intervals, multiple coils L1-L10 wound concentrically around the multiple teeth C1-C10, respectively, and a commutator COM rotating together with the rotating shaft AX and including multiple segments arranged in the circumferential direction at equal intervals. The brush motor further includes a pair of brushes arranged in the circumferential direction at such intervals that the central angle around the center of rotation O of the rotating shaft AX becomes about 90 degrees. The number of the multiple teeth C1-C10 is 10, and the number of the multiple segments is 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
