Abstract:
To provide a brush motor capable of preventing a stress from being applied to a capacitor and capable of preventing the capacitor from being damaged.SOLUTION: A brush motor 100 comprises: a brush 31 which is provided in contact with a rectifier 13; a capacitor 32 including a terminal 32b that is connected to a grounding lead wire 34; a brush holder 30 in which the brush 31 and the capacitor 32 are accommodated; and a motor case 21 which is fitted with the brush holder 30 in such a manner that the brush holder 30 is covered. The capacitor 32 is grounded by partially holding the grounding lead wire 34 between the brush holder 30 and the motor case 21 that are fitted. The brush holder 30 includes a bottom 36a supporting a portion 34a which receives a stress from the motor case 21, at a side opposite to a direction of movement of the motor case 21 during the fitting.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
