To easily remove materials stuck on a road surface, by planting wires in a rotary base member and specifying the glass-transition point and the melting point of the wires.
A bundle 3 of wires are planted on the underface of a rotary base disc body 2 with a shaft 1 for instance to constitute a removing brush 10 of materials stuck on a road face. The second brush wires 6 that the first several brush wires are bundled, are bundled by several tens to form the bundle 3 of wires synthetic resin having 45°C or higher glass-transition point and 200°C or higher melting point is used for the first brush wires. Particles of whetstones are mixed therewith when necessary. Since meta-aromatic polyamide having 270°C glass-transition point and 400°C or higher melting point has an extremely high heat-resistace, the grinding effect resulting from melting and softening is less decreased and the compressive property is high because of the highly elastic modulus. Brush wires can be radially planted on the outer peripheral face of the columnar shaft instead of the structure. In this way, chewing gum or the like on a tire-slip trace on a runway where metallic wires can not be used or a road surface can be easily removed.
