Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent formation of chatter marks and always perform a work with a substantially allowable washing force in a working condition.
CONSTITUTION: A computing and processing device 2 receives a detected value from a vibration detector 1 for detecting a vibration speed of a roll chock of a brush roll 5, and computes optimum set values for the brush roll rotational speed and the draft. The set values are delivered to a brush roll motor control device 3 and a depressor motor processing device 6. The brush roll 5 is driven at a set rotational speed and at a set draft. Thus, it is possible to prevent formation of chatter marks.
