The brush part 2 is provided with three or more of brush bodies 4a, 4b, and 4c in parallel that comprise a channel brush 5 composed of a belt-like body 6 whose section is approximately U-shaped and a brush material 8 which is held by the belt-like body 6 together with a core line 7 and is spirally wrapped around the periphery of the rotary shaft 3.
