Abstract:
To provide a brush structure facilitating replacement work of a channel brush, capable of safely and firmly supporting the channel brush, and hardly causing unevenness in each kind of brush processes.SOLUTION: A brush structure including a core material 11, and a coil brush 21 in which a wound channel brush 22 is detachably mounted on an outer peripheral surface 12 of the core material 11 is such that: a groove part 15 extending in an axial direction is provided in the outer peripheral surface 12 of the core material 11; the coil brush 21 is provided with a projecting part 25 formed by traversing the wound channel brush 22 and engageable with the groove part 15, and an inner peripheral surface 27 abutted on the outer peripheral surface 12 of the core material 11; the inner peripheral surface 27 comprises a bottom of a channel in the channel brush 22; and the bottom is abutted on the outer peripheral surface 12 of the core material 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
