To provide a brush unit which is suitably used in a removing burr device for example, can easily exchange a brush and is excellent in centering precision.
The brush unit 70 comprises a brush 71 which has a disk section 76 provided with a screw insertion hole 78 which penetrates the center section and a lot of bristles 77 attached in the lower surface of the disk section 76, a brush carrier 72 which has a female screw section 85 attached to the lower face of the center, and a male screw member 73 which connects the brush 71 and the brush carrier 72 so that they can easily detach/attach by inserting into the screw insertion hole 78 of the brush 71 and screwing in the female screw section 85 of the brush carrier 72. While a convex rotation stopper section 74 is formed on the top of the disk section 76 of the brush 71, a concave rotation stopper section 75 which engages with a convex rotation stopper section 74 is established on the lower surface of the brush carrier 72.
