Abstract:
To solve a problem in which, in brushed motor, when the brush is urged by point contact by an arm of a torsion spring, the brush tilts so that the slide contact between the brush and a commutator becomes unstable and the stabilization of the output performance is hindered.SOLUTION: A brushed motor is a motor having: a commutator 8 provided in a rotor 7; and a brush 9 disposed on the side of a stator 2, being in contact with the outer circumferential surface of the commutator 8, and provided in the radial direction of the commutator 8, and includes: a brush holder 5 provided on the stator 2 side; a support rod 13 provided to project from the brush holder 5; a hook 15 provided to protrude from the brush holder 5; and a torsion spring 12 including arms 16 and 17 engaged on one end side with the hook 15 and engaged on the other end side with the brush 9, a coil 14 loosely inserted into the support rod 13, and a coil spring 18 that biases the brush 9 to the commutator 8.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
