Abstract:
PURPOSE:To simplify and miniaturize a construction by branching an oil for supply to an eccentric rotary pump into a brushless AC generator with hermetic construction. CONSTITUTION:Housings 11, 12 on drive side and rear side of a generator 10 is made hermetic in construction, and an annular armature 20, an exiting unit 23 and a rotary pole shoe 17 mounted on a rotary shaft 14 are provided in the interior. A casing 51 for pump 50 is fixed on the outside wall of the rear side housing 12, and an eccentric rotor 54 provided with vanes is coupled with the rotary shaft 14 for a generator 10 which is projected inside the casing 51. Then, a filtration chamber 60 to which an oil is fed by an oil pump is provided around a support of the rear side bearing 16, and oil holes 62 and 63 through to the filtration chamber 60 are provided on a support of the rear side housing 12 and the rear side bearing. The oil to supply to the holes 62, 63 is shunted to the generator 10 side and the pump 50 side by way of an oil passage 65 formed on the rotary shaft 14 and is exhausted through a discharge port 69 on the rear side housing 12.
