Abstract:
PURPOSE:To facilitate the mounting of a reflection type photosensor by mounting the photosensor to having the predetermined phase relationship with the pole teeth pitch of a stator in the respective pole teeth group of a movable unit. CONSTITUTION:Inserting holes 12a-12c are provided above the central recesses of the respective pole teeth groups 5a-5c of a movable unit, and detecting holes 13a-13c having the same diameter as the width of the recess are formed under the central recesses. Then, position detecting reflection type photosensors 1 are disposed in the holes 12a-12c. In this manner, it can eliminate a block for mounting the photosensors, and can accurately mount the photosensors.
