Title:
BRUSHLESS MOTOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP01190244
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To miniaturize by forming projections projected to each of winding frames from the axial end of a magnetic pole with about the same shape as that of a wide width opposition section.

CONSTITUTION: Each of winding frames 10a and 10b forms projections 10c and 10d projected from the axial end of a magnetic pole 5d with about the same shape as that of a wide width opposition section, and at the same time, a longitudinal flute-like magnetic sensitive element receiving section 10e allover the axial direction of the projection 10c is formed in the internal circumferential surface of at least one projection 10c. The magnetic sensitive element 7 such as a Hall element detecting a position of a rotor 1 is such that a detection section is fitted and kept in the element receiving section 10c and is opposed to a radial circumferential surface of a cylindrical magnet 2, and that it is soldered onto a substrate 11 fixed to a bearing stand 9.
