Title:
BRUSHLESS MOTOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2008245414
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To prevent the dispersion of magnets and lessen parts count without affecting the property of a motor in a brushless motor.

The brushless motor 1 includes a stator 2 where winding 22 is wound on a stator core 21 inside a case 11, and a rotor 3 having a rotor core 32 which has a rotating shaft 12 on the inner perimetrical side of the stator 2 and a rotor magnet 33 arranged on the surface of the rotor core 32. For the rotor magnet 33, the length in the direction of the rotating shaft is longer than the rotor core 32, and both ends are extended from the rotor core 32. The section extended from the rotor magnet 33 is fixed mechanically, being locked from its circumferential outside by an upper lock 41 and a lower lock 42, and a magnet 43 for detection of rotation is arranged at the upper lock 41. It can prevent the dispersion of magnets without affecting the property of the motor, and the parts count lessens, and the time and labor in setup decreases.
