Abstract:

To reduce the occurrence of electromagnetic sounds, as well as, to improve its reliability and durability.

A dynamic pressure bearing 150 is arranged in a housing 110 made of resin, which has an opening at its one end, and this dynamic pressure bearing 150 is made to rotatably bear a rotor shaft 140. A herringbone groove 154 is formed at the inner peripheral face of the dynamic pressure bearing 150, and a lubricant is arranged between the dynamic pressure bearing 150 and the rotor shaft 140. A stopper 180 is attached to the tip 142 of the rotor shaft 140 so as to prevent its slipping out from the dynamic pressure bearing 150. Moreover, the housing 110 includes a suction magnet storage chamber 119, which is isolated from a region inside a recess, where the dynamic pressure bearing 150 is arranged, at a position opposite to the tip 142 of the rotor shaft 140, and a suction magnet 170 is arranged.
