Abstract:
To provide a brushless motor achieving high efficiency, low vibration and low noise.
A brushless motor has a slender shape having through holes 25 extending through in an axial direction of a rotor core 21. The through holes 25 are respectively disposed in a plurality of magnets 22, and the plurality of through holes 25 are disposed in each of the magnets 22. The through holes 25 are disposed substantially parallel to each other, and a rotor 20 is molded with a resin mold material 28 so as to hold rotor core outer peripheral parts 27, thereby reducing a width dimension of bridges 26. High efficiency, low vibration and low noise of the brushless motor can be achieved by inhibiting a magnetic flux flow of a q-axis magnetic path.
