Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brushless motor that can have extended life and provide a highly accurate rotation performance.SOLUTION: The brushless motor uses a double structure bearing constituted of an inner bearing 141 and an outer bearing 142 with an oil content that is greater than that of the inner bearing. The inner bearing 141 has an upper bearing part 141a, a lower bearing part 141b and an intermediate relief part 141c. Clearance parts 147, 148 are provided over the whole axial direction of the whole bearing part of the inner bearing 141 and over the whole circumference between the bearing part and a bearing housing 143.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
