Title:
BRUSHLESS MOTOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3485887
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brushless motor, of which the outer core can be manufactured in a high precision and the cogging torque is low because the magnetic balance is good.
SOLUTION: A rotor 12 has a magnet 16 magnetized in multipolar in an equal distance along the circumferential direction. A stator 13 has a plurality of teeth 18a-18i of which the number is different from that of the rotor and disposed in an unequal distance along the circumferential direction. The stator 13 is constituted of a ring shaped outer core 17, and a ring shaped inner core 18 which disposes the plurality of the teeth 18a-18i protruding and connected to the inner peripheral side of the outer core 17. A plurality of first connecting parts 21 are disposed in the inner peripheral side of the outer core 17. Second connecting parts 22 connected to the first connecting parts 21 are disposed on each tip of the teeth 18a-18i. The first and the second connecting parts 21, 22 are together disposed in an equal distance along the circumferential direction.
