Title:
BRUSHLESS MOTOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH04236155
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To realize a structure, in which the rotor board of a brushless motor is split into an inner peripheral part secured to the shaft and an outer peripheral part secured with a magnet and they are coupled with each other through a floating member in vibration isolating manner, with low cost.

CONSTITUTION: A plurality of slits (16) coupled through coupling parts(17) are made concentrically to the axis through a rotor board (14) and holes (30) are made on the opposite sides of the slit 16 while furthermore a recess (31) is formed at the inner edge of the slit (16). A floating member (20) is then filled in the slits (16) to couple the inner peripheral part (18) secured to a shaft (13) with the outer peripheral part (19) secured with a magnet (15) and then the coupling part (17) is cut off. Consequently, the floating member (20) is filled in the holes (30) and coupling can be made without requiring adhesive. Furthermore, the floating member (20) is filled in the recess (31) and the stress functioning in the rotational direction is prevented from concentrating on the floating member (20) in the hole (30).
