Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain a brushless motor which has high accuracy and can be preferably manufactured by arranging a position detector on the outer periphery of a cylindrical coil, mounting a core and internally mounting a permanent magnet rotor. CONSTITUTION:A position detector 3 is arranged on a printed board 2 which is mounted on the outer peripheral side of a cylindrical coil 1, and a rotary encoder pattern by printed wirings is formed. The coil 1 is mounted on a core metal, and the board 2 is mounted from outside. Iron wirings 4 are wound to form a core, and resin is molded outside the core, thereby forming a frame 6. Further, brackets 7, 8 are provided and a permanent magnet rotor 11 is internally mounted, thereby completing a brushless motor. Since the detector 3 and the like are contained in the wirings 4 on the board 2 in this manner, the axial length of the rotor 11 can be advantageously shortened.
