Title:
BRUSHLESS MOTOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS61112563
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To enhance the output of a Hall element by increasing the size of a slot opening of a stator core larger than the other and engaging a Hall element corresponding thereto oppositely to the inner periphery of the field magnet of a rotor. CONSTITUTION:A stator core 4 and a circuit board 5 are secured to a holder 3 which rotatably holds a motor shaft 1 on a central bearing 2. Slots 7 are formed on the outer periphery of the core 3 to contain a drive coil 8, salient- poles are formed between the slots 7 to form a stator 9. A circuit board 5 has a Hall element 11 and an electronic circuit for distributing a current to the coil 8. Further, a rotor 12 has a cylindrical cup-shaped yoke 13 and a field magnet 14, and is secured to the shaft 1. In this case, the circumferential size of the slot opening 15 is formed in size capable of inserting the element 11. Thus, the winding width of the coil 8 can be formed the same, and the element 11 can be disposed at the position capable of producing sufficient output.
