Title:
BRUSHLESS THREE-PHASE SYNCHRONOUS GENERATOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS5863057
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To cancel trouble inducing an AC voltage on an exciting winding by a method wherein a stator is provided with a three-phase main winding and a DC exciting winding and the number of poles of one winding differs from the number of poles of the other winding. CONSTITUTION:An exciting current Ie is flowed to an exciting winding We from a DC power supply B and with a rotor R rotated in the exciting winding We at predetermined angular velocity omega, an AC voltage is induced at a field circuit Wf1 by a two-pole stationary magnetic field caused by the exciting winding We. This AC voltage is rectified by diodes Df1 and Df2 to produce an exciting current if1 and four-pole field pole is generated. The abovementioned exciting currents if1, if2 remarkably fluctuate. However, the interlinkage magnetic fluxes of field circuits Wf1, Wf2 are contantly held in appearance as the inductance of the field winding is high. Therefore, the rotor can stably obtain the field poles which are the same pole as those of a main winding W.
