Title:
BRUSHLESS VIBRATING MOTOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3762395
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brushless vibrating motor of high durability and low vibration noise, improving an assembly construction of a rotor rotating in an excentric manner by a vibrating motor.
SOLUTION: The motor forms a burring portion projected upward, and includes a fixed plate with one side of a shaft engaged into the burring portion and fixed, a stator comprising at least one coil or more which is or are arranged on an upper face of the fixed plate and into which a predetermined current flows, a yoke wherein a multipole magnetizing magnet is provided to generate rotary electromagnetic force forming a gap with the coil of the stator, and a counter weight generating excentric rotation is formed, and a bearing holder with a bearing sliding on the other side of the shaft pressed into an internal peripheral face and connected to the yoke. The motor is further constituted including the rotor which is pivotally supported at an end of the other side of the shaft, and a cover combined with the fixed plate with the stator and the rotor surrounded to be protected.
