Abstract:
To provide a technique, which can make a transition between a liquid phase and a gas phase adjacent to each other through a member having a plurality of or a number of pores by supplying sound waves using the gas phase as a medium, particularly a technique which can realize the occurrence of bubbles in the liquid phase side, refining of bubbles being generated in the liquid phase side, and the control or regulation of the occurrence, refining, flow rate, and generation power.
The transition is made between a liquid phase L and a gas phase G by supplying sound waves to a porous body disposed between the liquid phase L and the gas phase G using the gas phase as a medium.
